Welcome to L’Oustalou, your bed and breakfast surrounded by nature in Rosières, in Southern Ardèche!
We extend a warm welcome to this former 19th-century wine farm. We renovated it to create a charming and pleasant guesthouse in 2001. After working for many years in Montpellier, we decided at the age of 40 to embark on a new project and share our passion. For over 25 years now, we have welcomed you with the same kindness, the same enthusiasm, and the same generosity.

A prime situation
We renovated L’Oustalou in Rosières, in the heart of Southern Ardèche. We are located outside the village, just 3 kilometers from the town center, its amenities, and local shops.
At L’Oustalou, you will particularly appreciate: the nature – 2.5 hectares surround the house – and the peace, with only the birdsong disturbing your peace.
Common areas
During your visit, you'll discover the decor, which perfectly combines old and contemporary elements. Elements of the past have remained intact, transporting you to another era.
To relax, head to the lounge with board games and a library or to the 2.5-hectare green and wooded estate: swimming pool, bowling alley, vegetable garden, garden furniture, pine forest, etc.
The solar heated swimming pool
When the weather is nice, you'll spend your relaxing days by the pool. The pool measures 14 meters long and 5 meters wide.
The pool is accessible all day, until 7:30 p.m.. The pool is set back from the house for added comfort. We do not provide pool towels.

Breakfast
Wake up with a delicious breakfast in our bed and breakfast in the heart of nature in Southern Ardèche.
In the mornings, between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., enjoy a continental breakfast: hot drinks, homemade or local fruit juice, Véronique's jams, homemade pastries, Ardèche dairy products, and seasonal fruits.
Breakfast is included.
Charming guest rooms
In our guest house with swimming pool in Southern Ardèche, we offer 5 guest rooms equipped with quality amenities. The thick walls and reversible air conditioning provide an ideal temperature, whatever the season.
Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m.. Pets are not allowed. Upon request and subject to availability, we can lend you a baby crib.
